A Gift Card Drawing

Who doesn't like to win gift cards? I mean you get a gift card to a store, you get to go shopping, you don't have to spend your money...well at least not $25 worth of your own money.

I am going to give away $25 to either Whole Foods Market, Trader Joe's, or Target. The winner will get to pick which store they want the gift card at. So, do YOU want to be entered into the drawing?

21 Days to a Healthier You


Some people see the name of this program...21 Day Fix...and think they will loose all this weight and look amazing in only 21 days....wrong! You will lose 5-15 pounds in 21 days, but this program is focusing on breaking bad habits. That habit to have coffee with cream and sugar, potato chips, soda, junk food galore or even a massive amount of processed food. In 21 days you will have formed a habit of eating healthy and won't crave the junk foods you used to before starting.

I have an accountability group starting on the 16th and I am looking for 5-10 people to join me. People that really want to change their life for the better. People that want to break their bad habits. You don't have to give up everything. You are allowed the occasional glass of wine or even chocolate. What other "diet" allows you to do that?

Join me...you won't regret it. In fact when you are finished and keep going through life using everything you have learned and done you will ask yourself..."Why didn't I start sooner?"

A Day In Meals

People automatically assume that when you are eating healthy that you are on a diet and starving. What most don't realize is the amount of food that one can consume when eating the proper portions and foods. I am eating from the 21 Day Fix portion control containers nearly every day. This week I am working with a group of amazing women that are doing a 7-Day Clean Eating using meals that are 21 Day Fix approved. It is helping me to get back on track of my eating so that I can finish the 2nd month of P90 on track and healthy. In just a day my scale has dropped two pounds. I love seeing that happen.

Needless to say I wanted to show you what my meals look like in a day. I eat about every 2-2.5 hours. Depending on what I am doing it can be stretched to three hours between, but for the most part on top of drinking 78 ounces of water I feel satisfied and full through the day. I am eating healthy meals that are balanced, nutritious, and help to keep me feeling energized.

I am eating everything from protein, vegetables, fruits, good fats, and dairy. Nothing is left out and I feel great. I don't think we ever really know how amazing we can feel unless we fuel our bodies with the proper nutrition.

Breakfast: Chocolate Shakeology with a banana (1 Red, 1 Purple)

Snack: Apple with peanut butter (1 Purple, 2tsp)

Lunch: Spinach Salad with cucumbers/tomato/mushrooms, cheese, dressing, grilled chicken (2 Greens, 1 Red, 1 Blue, 1 Orange)

Snack: 2 hard boiled eggs (1 Red)

Dinner: Baked tilapia, brown rice, and squash/zucchini (1 Red, 1 Yellow, 1 Green)
